Name/History: The school is named after Marianna Medina’s daughter. Medina was one of Loveland’s first settlers. Namaqua means “near water.”
Mission Statement: Each student at Namaqua will be actively involved in purposeful, creative, and on-going learning experiences that foster confidence and positive self-esteem through academic success.
Belief Statement: Students experience an academic education taught through an interactive and supportive approach. Students are seen as responsible and caring individuals that desire to learn. We offer a wide range of educational opportunities ranging from severe and profound to gifted and talented.
